Situation
We run a small printing service for voluntary and community groups offering low cost printing to them - but it also makes a small amount of profit for us to use for the free advice and support side of the organisation, which is underfunded. This also offers placements for the underskilled, work deprived etc to help them into the workforce. We want a professional level colour printer that will enable us to do jobs that we currently outsource - we could then offer them to our groups at a lower cost and still help ourselves to become self-sustaining - meaning that our advice service, the primary function of the organisation, will survive!
