Georges Organic Cafe provides work experience for our service users, it offers social inclusion within the local community and is an ideal setting for socialising. The cafe has been marketted to local businesses and the public and we are developing experience in providing buffets made to to order. We now wish to extend these catering opportunities to include the local farmers markets and are looking for some money to fund a part-time worker and additional start-up costs to help with this. We hope that after twelve months the worker's salary will be sustainable by increased revenue. Costs: Salary (including NI, etc) £8,832 Signage £ 350 Packaging £ 118 Transport £ 426 Total = £9,726
