Petersfield Youth Theatre are fundraising to build a community arts venue from which to deliver our year-round activities. Whilst providing a home for Petersfield Youth Theatre the venue will also fulfil the needs of the local community.

Situation
Follow an assessment of need, we have identified an number of over subscribed resources in the area. We are finding it increasingly more difficult to find venues from in which to run our activities. 'The Space' will provide a focus point for cultural and arts activities in local area whilst relieving the pressure on local village halls and other venues. We have identified land, and are currently going through the planning process, our local councils are on our side, but we are still in need of some seed funding to enable us to commission an architect. We are looking for £50,000 seed funding and have an estimated total build cost of £3m
