Our mission is to be “a light on the hill” to the vibrant, resourceful and diverse yet impoverished, marginalised and excluded Arthur’s Hill community of inner-city Newcastle upon Tyne. We seek to demonstrate faith, hope, justice, mercy, humility and the love of Christ to all of our neighbours, but particularly our children and families.

Situation
We've been running a Scout group for girls as well as boys, and including Cubs and Beavers too, for many, many years. We have a Kidz Klub full of games and object lessons and Bible stories, and we visit the children and their families at home between sessions, too. We've got a hugely popular Parent & Toddler group, as well. We also do a lot of pastoral work within the community, visiting, supporting and advocating for children and parents and carers and families.
