    Situation

The AIDSPortal facilitates country led knowledge management. We partner with networks in countries affected by AIDS and help them to gather and organise experiences of what works when tackling AIDS in their own country. The AIDSPortal knowledge sharing platform (see www.aidsportal.org) enables them to facilitate knowledge sharing among their networks, creating an online library of experiences and a contact directory of who is working on what issue. Our country partners train practitioners in the use of these tools, enabling them to access information and network with others, as well as share their own experiences.
