We have successfully secured a property in Allcock Street, Digbeth in Birmingham. It is hoped to move in by September. We are seeking funds and sponsorship to cover the cost of the move, including equipment that will be needed at the new premises.

Situation
Since the merger in 2007 SIFA Fireside has been operating from two separate sites. After much consideration and consultation it was decided that SIFA Fireside should seek a new property to move to, so that all staff, volunteers and services are under one roof, meaning we can provide all our current services and plan for bigger and better ones too.
Solution
The £400k capital grant from the Social Enterprise Investment Fund will cover the cost to make alterations to the building but not new equipment. Any money raised will go to buying vital equipment.
