    Situation

    It costs Lindsey Lodge nearly £3 every minute of every day to keep its services running free of charge to people in need throughout North Lincolnshire. Although supported by the Primary Care Trust, Lindsey Lodge has to raise over £1.1 million from the local community this year. The drive to continously raise funds to meet day to day running costs and ensure adequate cash flow means that not enough time is set aside for strategic thinking. Lindsey Lodge has been running for 15 years. It now needs to look at the next 15 years and plan its business accordingly. Helping to take the pressure of fundraising off the organisation for one year will enable senior management and Trustees to invest their time and effort in a full strategic review so that the next 15 years will see hospice services to meet the needs of even more people in North Lincolnshire.
