Situation
The difficulty in moving ex-street kids on into independent living because of the abscence of any framework of training or support around them.
Solution
We are building, equipping and developing a centre called the Ihumure Vocational Training College specifically aimed at equipping ex-street kids and other poor youth in vocational skills. This will provide these young people with skills and qualifications to enable them to access employment as well as addressing the problem of a skills shortage in Rwanda.
