Teso Educational Support Scheme (TESS) is a small organisation with only 1 UK employee. This employee spends the majority of time on project specifics leaving no time for fundraising events. We are aiming to make TESS self sustainable and build its capacity so that it can support itself.

A fundraiser would be able to raise enough money through individual events and through grant writing applications to pay their own wages and those of all staff in the UK and Uganda. This would afford TESS more time to work on project policies and initiatives with young people in Uganda. Without viable and sustainable fundraising TESS will be unable to continue its valuable work with the young people of the Teso region of Uganda.
