To take over Foredown Tower from Brighton & Hove Council on a 25 year peppercorn lease and run the Tower as a multi functional brown sign tourist attraction (South downs Countryside Centre & Camera Obscura) during the day and to use the facility as a Headquarters for Hove & Adur Sea Cadet Unit during the evenings.
