Norfolk has a higher than average proportion of older people, especially those over 85 years. The highest risk factor for developing dementia is age, those over 85 is set to rise by 71% over the next 20 years.

By providing: - Pabulum Cafes which give an opportunity for people with dementia and their carers to meet in an everyday setting. - Home visits where trained volunteers help those in the early stages of dementia to compile a Life Story book when the carer and the service user are coming to terms with how their lives are changing.
