The Saturday Art Club is a programme of weekly art classes for children and young people with disabilities aged 5 - 25. Each class last one hour and provides the young people with access to professional materials, expert tuition, a peer learning environment, FUN!

Situation
Young people with disabilities are often excluded from mainstream classes and youth groups and out side school hours are often dependent on their family to provide them with entertainment and leisure opportunities.
Solution
By accessing a regular visual arts class they will the opportunity to learn new skills and work alongside their peers. They can learn to express themselves in a non verbal or written manner and this will increase their confidence and self esteem.
