To provide access for all for a village hall built in the 1950s where the main hall is on the first floor accessible by stiars only; to bring the village hall into the 21st centrury to serve the new and growing village; and to preserve and make accessible the 15th century building which is the village hall, the Tithe Barn, which is part of the villages built heritage.

Build an extension to house a lift and new facilites so that once on the first floor all facilites are avaialbe to you; to upgrade the old building to enhance the heritage and remove the inapropriate 1950s design; and to minimise expenditure on energy using modern efficient heating and lighting.
