We need £53,730 to support this project, which helps communities in the arid Ijara and Garissa districts of Eastern Kenya to 1) access better water and sanitation, 2) develop more sustainable livelihoods though introduction of improved varieties of local livestock, and support for horticultural production, and 3) access healthcare through an innovative 'medical camp' model.
