The Chinese National Healthy Living Centre runs many projects and services that are funded by various charitable trusts and organisations. However, the core services of the Centre – the bilingual Sunday doctors’ surgery, traditional Chinese medicine clinic and counselling services – have no designated funding and rely on £60,000 annually to continue running. These services are a vital part of the Centre’s work in enabling Chinese people to access health care and the traditional Chinese medicine clinic also helps non-Chinese people to receive quality assured alternative treatment. £120,000 would enable these services to run for 2 years
