    Situation

** What difference will the project make? ** Young people involved in the project: * Will be empowered to take control of their lives and work towards achieving their goals and dreams through the development of circles of support and person centred plans. * Be supported to communicate their needs through the planning process * Will experience greatly enhanced self esteem and self worth * Will gain increased knowledge and skills * Will be respected as individuals who have much to contribute to community * Will have played an integral part in the development of an innovative model of person centred support which is not related to food, places the young person at the centre, takes account of individual learning style, gives the young person a voice and empowers them to make the right choices. * Will identify the person centred tools which they feel are most beneficial and be supported to develop a toolkit and guidelines for its use with other young people who have eating disorders
