To enable young people from the age of 12 to 18 years to create a permanent memorial for the use of balloons families and other families and individuals who have had a death in their lives. The memorial will be in a local public National Trust garden (waiting for confirmation of location).

Funding for the support and teaching of an outdoor artist who will work with the young people to create the memorial. Also funding for transporting young people and volunteers to and from the venue.
Solution
We will be submitting a few funding bids over the next couple of months. If we were able to find an experienced outside artist to help us for expenses only, that would be wonderful.
