The problems are divided into two key areas, these being the need to continue to provide a dial-a-ride bus service for people with restricted mobility in Reading and the continual need to have a fleet of buses that are reliable and efficient to match the increasing demand for ReadiBus and the growing number of users registering with the service. Our organisation has to continually replace the buses in the fleet to enable ReadiBus to continue to offer a service of the highest standard.

The purchase of a replacement bus for our fleet of vehicles will enable our organisation to continue to provide a door-to-door bus service for people with restricted mobility in Reading. This will enable users to continue to experience reduced feelings of isolation, maintain independence and increase confidence. With this, we are further enabled to meet the increased demand and expectation being placed on our organisation with a new and reliable bus being launched into the fleet.
