    Situation

    Costing £1.5 Million in total, the hangar is planned to provide suitable accommodation for our delicate aircraft including the Wright Flyer, Cayley Glider, Halifax Bomber and other unique aircraft from the collection. The Hangar would provide an intimate experience for visitors wishing to view these aircraft n the best possible way. 50% of funding has been requested from the Heritage Lottery Fund, leaving a total of £750,000 to be found in match funding through donations and grant aid.
