Our refuges provide safe housing for up to 21 women and their children seeking to escape domestic abuse.We work hard to restore the lives of these families and are appealing for furnishings for our properties to provide a comfortable environment at Christmas whilst they try to rebuild their lives.

Situation
After consultation with our residents we have established a need to refurbish our refuges. Women and children stay with us for up to 2 years and during this distressing time we need to provide a safe and comfortable living environment. Updated surroundings will enable women to encompass the festivities with their children at Christmas time as this can be particularly upsetting when being away from home, family and friends.
Solution
We would like to buy new furniture and redecorate the communal areas in our properties.
