    Situation

With no qualifications they have little chance of gaining employment or a collage placement. You will have heard of the pat dog scheme's where hospital / nursing home use pets for therapeutic reasons. We believe a training scheme to help young people to gain confidence and self respect can be achieved by working with animals. With support they can also gain the basic skills and responsibility that will equip them for the challenges of life. To enable a young person to attain the qualification's NVQ in animals care we need a sponsor, a supporter could that be you? Open the world and we may see great achievements take place we are starting with young people who need a 2nd chance. The project could be extended to all age groups at a future date All the departments contacted agree it is a great idea but no funding is available directly or by subcontracting.
