To run a training workshop for 12 African healthworker on how to administer morphine to help relieve the pain experienced by patients living with terminal illnesses. Participants will also be trained to train others and will pass on these vital skills to 60 additional healthworkers per year.

Few doctors in West Africa have received palliative care training. As such millions of terminally ill pateints experience long, painful and distressing deaths. By providing training in how to adminster opioids this project will dramatically impove patients quality of life.
Solution
As a result of this workshop 12 doctors will be skilled in the administration of opioids which are essential for effective pain management. By training these participants how to train others this project will have a far reaching impact
