Eiseb Primary School Hostel was converted from a shop warehouse by the community. It is slowly falling into a state of disrepair with no washing facilities. The children are sleeping on broken beds some without mattresses. The Foundation is raising funding to repair the building etc

Situation
Eiseb Primary School and hostel is 340 kms into the bush from the Omaheke regional capital of Gobabis. The school is government funded but the hostel that was provided by the community has fallen into disrepair and the community do not have the funds to bring it up to standard. The children currently sleep on metal bunks that have seen better days, some with no matresses.
Solution
In partnership with our Namibian ngo, Komeho, we will provide funds to redecorate the hostel, purchase new beds and matresses. We will also provide a septic tank for waste water as currently it drains into a large hole which is dangerous for the children and provides an environment for mosquitoes to breed.
