People who are in prison and who are subject to immigration control often face not being released at the end of their sentence. 'Access to Justice in Prisons' will allow us to visit people, advise and assess their immigration and human rights claims, and make applications for bail.

Solution
We will provide immigration legal advice and representation to people held indefinitely in immigration detention by visiting them, in prison and, where possible, get them released on bail, and provide some hope for the future.
