    Situation

People being isolated in the community and not feeling valued or part of society. Enabling victims of abuse to see the abuse was not their fault or responsibility and by learning to value and care for themselves becoming more 'whole' and enabling them to lead more fullfilling and happier lives.

    Solution

by working with people to heal from past traumas and move on with their lives so the past abuse is not effecting their everyday life. To help people have more confidence to be intergrated into the community by helping them adopt positive healthy coping strategies rather than negative destructive ones, to help people deveop an inner feeling of strength which will enable them to for example take part in voluntary work giving them vital skills and confidence and help them when seeking work.
