Using prison and prisoners as a resorce to help those less fortunate,to rescue wheelchairs and bikes and other things which would be scrapped or sent to landfill.To engage partner charities to distribute finished goods and then provide feedback to the prisoners who had undertaken the work.

lack of meaningful activity and volume of work in many prison workshops.MCF projects stimulate prisoners and are linked to further education provision based in or near the workshop in which part of the curriculum is based on the actual work being done in the workshops. There is a huge need for wheelchairs in many parts of the world.Bikes are also of great benefit in countries without a transport infrasctructure not least to medical workers in distributing life saving medicines
Solution
By providing the raw materials tools and equipment for workshops.Providing the logistics and recruiting partner charities to transport and distribute the finished articles and then provide feedback to the prisoners. MCF projects also help prevent landfill and scapping which benefits the environment.
