There are currently few or no opportunities for people on the autistic spectrum to access the process of art making on a long term basis every week. Projects are short, inconsistant and often poor quality. They cannot access arts education or other arts participation projects which leaves families and inividuals isolated, unstimulated and without proper access to the process of self development and to culture. Adults are particularly at risk once they leave school.

We will create a supportive environment that provdes a weekly opportunity to create art work in small groups. Creating a number of small studio spaces that feel safe, with facilitating artists selected for their imaginative and creative abilities plus advocacy and high quality care support built in. The project is called I-deal because it will allow parents and individauls to choose and tailor their ideal day which will energe and grow as they input into it.
