To run an Arts festival by and for young people who will be able to participate in or watch over 50 performances throughout the summer. Over 3000 youngsters can take part in a range of productions creating a greater awareness and understanding of the Arts whist building confidence and awareness.

Situation
The basic ethos of PACE is to provide a service to all of the community, using theatre, in its broadest terms, to educate and entertain. Young people have decreasing access to involvement in the Arts whilst communication skills are often lacking due to the nature and methods of communication between young people.
Solution
To enable the user to gain personal and social skills, communication, confidence and self awareness amongst others, and to stimulate through active and passive participation an interest in the Arts and therefore create and enhance the audiences of tomorrow as well as allowing young people and others to examine and explore contemporary issues.
