To redevelop FACTLab, FACT's digital learning space, into a flexible space. FACTLab will be used to enable participants in FACT's Learning Programme to take part in a range of creative and digitally led workshops.

Situation
FACTLab is a space where workshops delivered as part of FACT's Learning programme take place. Currently, the space is located back of house and both invisible and inaccessible to the public. FACTLab can only fit small groups in at one time, around 15-20 people. The redevelopment of the space will create a larger, more flexible space for learning projects to take place.
Solution
As part of the buildings capital redevelopment plan, FACTLab will be rejuvenated and equipped with cutting-edge digital technology. The space will be used by participants and rented out to other organizations in the city. FACT's current engagement through the Learning programme is 10,500, the redevelopment of the space will increase engagement by 10%.
