Sub-Saharan Africa is one of the poorest regions of the world. Lack of education and lack of employment opportunities contribute to a cycle of poverty that is incredibly hard to escape. 80% of Ghanaians rely on informal employment not knowing when or where their next pay packet is coming from, living hand to mouth.

A+K addresses the lack of employment opportunities by creating sustainable formal jobs paying living wages and empowering people to escape that cycle of poverty. Resulting in a positive impact on not only the individuals’ everyday life; but their future, their family’s future and their community.
