To renovate, upgrade and introduce new safety measures to our care facility in Cheshire Home, Ethiopia. These improvements will serve to improve, health, well being and safety of our patients and benefit all the charities working on the site for years to come.

Situation
We are trying to solve several problems: 1) Increasing presence of hyenas and their proximity to the buildings/people in Cheshire Home 2) Shortages of water and electricity cuts which pose serious implications to the health, safety and well being of our patients 3) Poor kitchen facilities restricting the provision of food for our patients 4) Dated canteen and entertainment units
Solution
1) Ensure the safety and security of our patients and other residents of Cheshire Home in Menagesha by putting a fence round the whole facility; 2) Guarantee constant and uninterrupted supply of water and electricity to the site by buying and installing a powerful generator; 3) Completely renew and update dated kitchen used to provide meals for our patients 4) Upgrade the canteen and entertainment facilities
