Situation

Children facing poverty and isolation are often at risk of anti social or criminal behaviour, and have lesser chances in having a good quality of life due to not getting opportunities to develop their skills and talents. Minority Ethnic communities often do not attend mainstream activities due to specific religious and cultural issues, therefore they do not get opportunities which other children take for granted. Children with special needs / disabilities are also more isolated than others.

Solution

By offering an inclusive and open access, low cost project which will specifically cater to the various needs of the local Minority Ethnic Communities, all children will be able to attend including children who are financially disadvantaged, socially isolated and those with particular needs. Children with moderate to severe disabilities and / or special needs will be welcomed and fully intergrated. The idea is to bear EVERYONE in mind and cater for thier specific needs, to ensure open access.
