The nursery garden has grassed areas which in the wet weather and wintery months become very muddy and prevent the children from playing outdoors. Children free-flow between the garden and nursery room during their session but the state of the ground in winter prevents this play. Children’s clothes become damaged when playing outside on this poor surface, and as we are a nursery setting in an area of high socio-economic deprivation, parents may not be able to afford to replace these items.

We want to install artificial grass over the affected areas, and have obtained quotations for this work.
