Research shows that serious trauma is the most common cause of death for people under 45 and leads to more lost years of life nationally than cancer & heart disease combined. We are the only service providing doctor-led pre-hospital care to save the lives of Londoners in their hour of most need, when they are so critically injured that there is a real chance they will die from their injuries without the highest level of immediate care. We need the support of the public in order to do what we do


Our core service is the most important part of what we do. It is this part of our service that brings our patients world-leading care when they are most in need and suffering life-threatening injuries. When someone within the M25 becomes critically injured our team are by their side within minutes, attending in the helicopter during daylight hours and rapid response cars at night or in adverse weather conditions. We aim to raise funds for 12 missions. One mission costs approximately £2,765.
