1. We want to increase the local community's ownership and use of Brockwell Park. Music, arts and drama events help to attract people into the Park, including those who would not normally visit. 2. There are currently very few venues in Lambeth if any for the local community to enjoy theatre. Accessible, open air theatre is a way of addressing this.
1. An increase in the number of people using the Park; creating a sense of cohesive community and local ownership of the Park including volunteering opportunities; improved health and well being due to fresh air and physical exercise. 2. Free access to entertainment that would not otherwise be available in the local area.
It's brilliant that the park offers events for all generations.
