In todays world of round the clock and weekend working it can be difficult for people to spend time together and get to know one another. As a result relationships are at best superficial. Close relationships are important in the life of a church if it is to be effective in it's outreach to the community around it.
Solution
Spending a weekend together is a great way to build closer relationships and to get to know one another. During these times we work together as a team and develop mutial respect and trust.
