Noctorum Estate is often seen as a fogotten estate without many of the services that are present in other similar areas. One asset of the Noctorum Estate is the Community Centre. Noctorum Community Association are working with Wirral Council and WPH to become a suitable organisation to take on the management of the building. However, the building itself is in need of a little tlc. We are therefore seeking funding to carry out a survey of the building and carry out appropriate works. This will include new windows/doors, decorating inside, improving insulation and some other minor improvements. We have estimated £250k as a maximum we would need.
