    Situation

Berkhamsted Raiders are an FA Charter Standard Community Club. We are working with Ashlyns school and the local community to provide a floodlit Astroturf pitch with changing rooms and a sports education block which would enable BRCFC to provide boys, girls and young adults far greater opportunities to play football as well as providing Ashlyns school with a first rate sports facility which would also be used by the other schools of Berkhamsted and the local community. Our vision: We aim to provide sport for as many young people as possible, regardless of ability. By working with the Schools Sports Co-ordinators we aim to deliver football/sport to over 2,000 schoolchildren within Berkhamsted and the surrounding areas. We aim to provide children with a safe environment to enjoy sport, and make friendships, encouraging them to improve their social skills and have a positive place to go rather than hanging around street corners. We also aim to develop coaching methods and provide football opportunities for people with disabilities. We aim to provide pathways for our children so that they can become qualified coaches and referees. We aim to provide easy access to football for older children and young adults so that they might continue to play sport when they have left formal education. We aim to provide all of this regardless of religion, ethnic background, ability or gender. WE NEED YOUR HELP TO HELP US DELIVER OUR VISION.
