Situation
Marginalised, persecuted poor communities are disempowered by their lack of any education condemns them to low paid casual labour. Education offers a way out of poverty and gives hope of a better futures and improves their quality of life . Most of the marginalized communities have a literacy rate of 1-10% (Much lower for women)
Solution
Aqueduct wants to build on the success of the existing 8 schools (Student numbers have doubled to 500 in the last 2 years ) in those communities where there is no access to education.
