    Situation

Our clientss face extreme hardship as elderly people, as disabled people, as Carers, as migrants/refugees with low levels of English, as women and as residents of deprived areas of West London. Many of them have never had the opportunity to access/learn about computers, how to use the internet, etc. Our project will provide a safe and supportive learning environment for them as many subsist on low income which has resulted them to be excluded from the digital /communication revolution.

    Solution

Help gain: * essential knowledge/understanding & confidence about using basic use of computer, Internet & Emails. * Increased ability to browse the Internet/use Emails for communication, accessing statutory provision & learning about other practical uses such as shopping on line, banking, using price comparison websites to reduce energy bills, etc, * practical advice & 1-2-1 help in further Digital learning. * communicate with friends/relations to reduce isolation
