Dance is proving to be very effective in improving the quality of life of people with Alzheimers. Cheshire Dance leads activity that is highly responsive to individual needs within group sessions and we are recognised by Local Authorities, Alzheimers UK and AGE UK for this work.

Dance helps to improve physical and mental health in a fun and social environment. Cheshire Dance are a person-centred organisation where there is no right or wrong way to dance.
