Isolation & socially disadvantage suffered by many LGBT people & those who are confused about their sexuality or gender identify caused by the lack of info about LGBT people, how LGBT couples function, how they resolve gender roles & how they solve relationship problems. Together with the lack of contact with positive role models reinforces the negative value that society puts on LGBT people. As well as less social support from families, fewer community resources, stigmatisation & discrimination

By increasing awareness of Outline, the services it provides and our volunteer opportunities. By attempting to bring the whole LGBT community closer together so that we can all help each other by sharing skills and information. Then giving people the information they need about local support groups, events, etc to escape their isolation and make them a part of our community.
