A cafe employing people with learning disabilities in partnership with members of the local community in Ladbroke Grove. Learning new skills, employment, contributing to the local community and making new friends and connections beyond the learning disability community.

Solution
The Cafe will enable individuals to have paid emplyment whilst learning and developing their skills in a supported environment. The Cafe will provide healthy food and information about maintaining a healthy diet to all. The Cafe will enable people from the local community to come together, challenging isolation and demonstrating the skills & qualities of people with learning disabilities and their value to the local community. This will lessen the amount of harassment, abuse and hate-crime.
