T:he project will show the actutal energy outputs of different technologies in local areas and will be charted as near to real time as costs and technology will permit.
Solution
The project will be based on a county wide or local authority frame so that people interested in installing micro-generators at their own properties are able to find out what energy various technologies can produce, and by the blog postings about the history of eachproject the possible challenges and opportunities faced by people in their area.
