MTR Studio – Our youth media studio is currently based in Hackney, London and offers an annual programme film, media and life skills training for young people, including workshops, drop in sessions and editing facilities. The studio provides accredited informal education, holiday and out of school provision and runs an outreach film programme. MTR Studio gives the public a unique opportunity to access young people's films and is a platform for marginalised young people to challenge the misconceptions about their lives and gain valuable training. Young people’s films are promoted internationally and are screened in their local community. Long term Studio Fundraising & Development goals – to open up other studios across the UK and provide outreach and studio based film and media projects for marginalised young people.
