Situation
One of our building is on leased land, that lease expires in 2010, the other is bursting at the seams with our Dementia Day Care Centre with no outside space we would dearly love to offer gardens for both our social day care clients and a secure space for our Dementia Day Care Centre. The new building will also offer facilities such as offices and training rooms to our voluntary sector partners. Our new home will be more accesable to the whole community with rooms for hire and cafe facilities. We have been given the land to build on, we have a building to sell and some cash funds of our own. The balance we need to raise is approx £3million.
