HARP assisted 1,557 people last year. Nearly half were young people. There is an increasing number of people sleeping rough. Many have a history of mental illness. HARP see people in desperate need. They are alone and hungry and many have been sleeping on the streets.

As well offering emergency services for people who are homeless and distressed, over time specialist staff assist each person through a personalised package of support, accommodation and training to enable people to get back on their feet.
