The unit provides work related opportunities that include a range of practical activities for LDD adults to learn and develop skills for employment and independence. Development and progression are promoted for clients to gain experience, enhance skills and embed learning.

We are working with the most vulnerable people in society to ensure they have a good quality of live. By ensuring they can participate in the community and promote the value of community engagement. By providing skills development and enhancing quality of life, we will assist people with learning disabilities and difficulties to engage and participate in a positive way. In turn this will reduce the barriers towards people with learning disabilities.
