Pathfinders Inspirational Croydon Community Project (PICCP) would like to offer 40 FREE spaces for young people aged 8-16 a place to attend a summer programme of fun and delight during july and august 2010 We will give the young people a timetable of activities consisting of 15 days, delivered over a three-week period. The programme will aim to achieve four of the five Every Child Matters agenda • be healthy • stay safe • enjoy and achieve • make a positive contribution All activities would be inclusive and free at the point of access. we would aim to atteact 50 young people in total as some young people might not be able to commit for 3 weeks. Our team will consist of 15 core staff will be put into teams and allocated groups of mentees for whom they would have direct responsibility over. This will mean that staff and young people will have the opportunity to form a bond over the duration of the programme.
