    Situation

Refused asylum seekers are not allowed to work, yet many of them want to stay active and to contribute to the community. The Boaz Trust therefore runs a programme of Meaningful Lives Activities for our clients, to allow them to socialise, learn new skills and integrate into the community. These include arts and crafts, sewing, ESOL, gardening and volunteering opportunities. We would love to find a suitable space to expand our activities, and the opportunity to buy the equipment we need to set up a social enterprise scheme. This would offer our clients the chance to give back to the Boaz Trust, as the profits from the sales would then help the Boaz Trust to become sustainable.
